due to popularity demands, some people wants thursday chalet as well. If that the case, we need to fork out more money. Total chalet will cost ard 750 dollar inclusive of GST. If that the case, our cost might go up to 60 dollar per person so need everyone consent. (this is also due to the food we need as quite a few other people are invited for the chalet). Beside the whole class of us, we may also need those people who are staying to also fork out the money. We have around 18 regular people.
Roughly 18 x 60 = 1080
1080 - 750 = 330 (overflow for food)
Any other remaining is divided back among us. Also do we have any class fund left or club fund etc?
So this is a definate need for EVERYONE consent before i proceed to booking. Reply asap.

Not that I don't trust you or anything, but I would like to see a more exact break down of costs. For one, I don't understand how 330 overflows into food. Was food not calculated into the initial 40 per person?
Times are bad, lets not spend irresponsibly, especially since some of us are not drawing pay, and even those who are are still essentially living off our parents.
Oh ya, one more thing. If we are going to be dipping into CLUB Funds (if there is anything left), make sure that none of it was contributed by anyone other than us.

Club funds left around $10-20 bucks. But not with me, still inside the club at a corner, I hope.

Hmm this is what I think IMO
From the comments, can tell there are some people who don't want the chalet too long etc. Reason IDK and IDGAF but no point making 2 days and spending that extra moola when 1 of the days can sit there and hit flies that kind of thing. I suggest, if there is too little people who want to take 2 days for the chalet, we can make it 1 day still, and then the following day go drink or eat good stuffs. At least the money not so wasted on 1-of-the-day-of-the-chalet-when-there-is-almost-no-people-and-we-still-pay-full-price. Yea you know you know ?
