Ecp (mcdonalds area), jetty, changi safra chalet, back to lagoon hawker center, big splash, kallang leisure park, around the area and a huge detour, suntec, war memorial, the cathay, plaza singapura, shaw cinema( was it? : s), esplanade, back track, katong, ecp.
nothing too harsh on the budget i suppose. 8 bucks for rental, and the rest is how much you decide to spend on food and drinks.
